Grayson Christmas

Well as I said in the previous post; we were super busy last weekend. We had Kathryn's graduation on Saturday...then on Sunday, we had all the Grayson's over to celebrate Christmas together. Buddy & Laura were in town & were not going to be in town before Christmas so we decided to celebrate early. We had a wonderful time. Nick and I had a brunch for everyone at our house. The kids were excited because they got to open some gifts before Christmas Day. Us adults decided to draw names this year. We had a alot of fun with that. It was so funny...we all draw names randomly...we we all drew each others names......meaning; I got Buddy; Buddy got me....Nick got Jimmy; Jimmy got Nick; Laura got Pat; Pat got Laura and Kathryn got Jodi; Jodi got Kathryn. That is so weird that it worked out that way....we all thought it was funny. Anyways; we had a wonderful time. Here are a few pictures from Sunday!

I was so excited to make this donut tree for the brunch. I got the idea from Sandra Lee's cooking show....I love Sandra Lee's ideas!!

Kathryn Graduates!!

So this weekend was a very busy weekend. On Saturday, Kathryn, Nick's sister, graduated from Armstrong. She was very excited; now, on to the job search for her. She had a wonderful time at her party Saturday night too!! Here are a few pictures from the graduation & the party.

We had the graduation party at Jimmy & Jodi's house. It was a perfect night to have a party....not too hot & not too cold. Really it was a beautiful day!! Everyone had a great time....there was tons of food. Nick and Jimmy cooked the low country & I hear that it was good! Of course, I was stuck eating chicken fingers since I can't eat shellfish. But the fingers & fruit were wonderful. You can't go wrong with Spanky's chicken fingers. Okay, enough about that....here are a few pics from that night.

Foster

Foster was born back in August which I think I may have said on an earlier blog. Well, I went up to Atlanta back in October and stayed with Chrissie, Shane, & Foster for a few days. It was so nice hanging out with Chrissie before she went back to work. I told her that we needed to do it more often. While there, I had a little time to set up the back drop so we took some pictures of Foster....he is just so sweet!! Here are a few formal pics with the black back drop & a few from the week that I was visiting! I can't wait for Addison & Foster to meet. Chrissie & I say that we have a pre-arranged marriage set up for Foster and Addison. Of course that would be super cool; but, I really just hope that Foster & Addison are super good friends & that Foster protects her like a big brother!!

Foster was not too happy when we put him in his pumkin outfit; but, he just looked so cute. Chrissie & I got the outfit from Pottery Barn one of the days that we went shopping.

Right before I was getting ready to leave; I realized that I didn't take a picture with Foster & I. He was asleep in his swing so rather than wake him; I just got a picture with him in his swing.

Family Baby Showers

So we have been super busy! We have had two baby shower's so far. My side gave us a shower & then Nick's family gave us a shower. Both showers were so nice. I can't believe that I forgot my camera for the first shower which is the shower that my family gave us. My cousin Tori took some pictures for me so I can't wait to get them. Here are a few pictures from the shower that Nick's family gave us. We cannot say thank you enough to both sides of the family.....both showers were so nice!!
